Here are this weeks workouts!
Saturday – Mowed and cleaned the car
Sunday – Rest day
Monday – CrossFit
6×1 Power Clean + 2 Push Jerk @ 65% max Power Clean – I used 65lbs. It felt light but one of the coaches, Bakari, took a video of my push jerks and I let my elbows drop a LOT in my dip…so I need to work on that.
Burpee Pyramid 1-10-1
Rest as needed between sets
Time was 17:20. I worked with my amazing friend Kristi. So I did one, she did one, I did two, she did two, and so on and so forth until 10, and then we worked our way down. It was exhausting. But I know I did it faster since I was working with Kristi.
Burned 774 calories in 78 minutes.
Tuesday – CrossFit
Low Bar Back Squat 5×5 @ 75% – I did 105lbs (and it was tough!)
KB Swings (1.5/1p)
Time was 8:14.
Burned 534 calories in 60 minutes
Wednesday – Rest day
Thursday – CrossFit
I used 145.
Burned 505 calories in 65 minutes
Friday – Rest day
Although not by choice – Instead, I got to spend 8 hours in a car for a 1 hour (or so) meeting. Super fun. Not my best week but not the worst either! Life happens, I guess 🙂
