Anyway, I tend to feel better if I get a little sweat on, and I did just that this week. I worked out every day…probably not ideal but it really did make me feel better. So it is what it is!
So, here’s this past weeks workouts!
Saturday – At Home WOD
Sunday – 3-mile walk/run
Mowed the lawn in the morning and took a walk in the evening.
Burned about 500 calories mowing in 60 minutes.
Probably burned about 150 calories walking for about 30 minutes…I didn’t wear my monitor.
Monday – Rest Day
Pulling and Squat Cleans
12-9-6 Squat Cleans (135#/95#) C2B (chest to bar…I did assisted pull ups)
Ring Dips (used a purple band)
Finished in 12:48.
Burned 419 calories in 60 minutes.
Tuesday – CrossFit
Romanian Dead Lift – 4 sets of 5 (used 115lbs)
Deadlifts, Squats and Hops
4x Deadlifts (used 115lbs)
8x Goblet Squats
16x hops over KB (I did bar step-overs)
Finished in 9:33
Burned 551 calories in 62 minutes
Wednesday – CrossFit
Push Press – 4×5 – I used 75lbs
Run, Burpees, Push Press, Run
3 Rounds of:
15x Push Press
800 M Run
Finished in 23:45
Burned 630 calories in 70 minutes
Thursday – CrossFit
Kipping Skill Work
Running and Gymnastics
Finished in 20:52
Burned 540 calories in 70 minutes
Friday – CrossFit
Finished in 17:04
Burned 412 calories in 40 minutes
