I wasn’t able to make it to the gym one day last week but had a few minutes to spare after work so I squeezed in this ~20minute workout at home.
Do 10 of each, then 9 of each, then 8 of each, and so on and so forth, until you reach 1 of each of the following movements:
Kettlebell (I used a 20lb KB)*
Yoga Mat (or somewhere soft for the burpees)
I started with a warm up of jumping rope for 2 minutes, 10 air squats, 10 push ups, and some dynamic stretching.
The workout starts with burpees. It’s basically a get-down-on-your-belly-and-get-back-up.
If you don’t have a kettlebell, you could switch to sit ups. If you don’t have a jump rope (which you should just get, you can get a decent rope for less than $10 pretty much everywhere – Target, Dicks, Walmart, Amazon, etc.) you can do mountain climbers instead.
