Wow – what a weekend! I’m going to let the pictures do most of the talking.
Friday we had an early birthday celebration for yours truly with dinner out!
I will never get tired of seeing this.
After dinner, we made a pit stop to get Sweet Frog…so good.
Saturday, Robert and I headed up towards DC for the wedding of my beautiful friend Brittany to her now-husband, Nate. We stopped in Culpeper for lunch at Foti’s. It was good, although there was some confusion at the beginning as they had us wait outside the restaurant to be seated for about 15 minutes when there were only 5 full tables…anyway…lunch was good and they were very nice and brought out this lovely dessert!
Saturday night was the wedding at Lost Creek Winery and it was very beautiful!
me and my handsome date 🙂
I got to see some ladies I haven’t seen in a long time, or that I don’t get to see very often, and that is always fun!!
Bride and Groom and the first dance
and dancing the night away
me and Sam – I just love this girl.
The wedding was beautiful and fun, a great way to spend turning 30 🙂
Sunday was a baby shower for my beautiful, amazing friend Michelle – it was brunch at the Jefferson and SO GOOD. This is just one of my plates (I had several) and it was all just so yummy.
yes, that is shrimp and waffles all on the same plate. weird, I know.
The ladies! We all love Michelle so much and can’t wait to see her little baby girl in just a couple months!
Mel and Lis – they were matching 🙂
Me and Melissa with the guest of honor!
When I finally got home, I got to spend some much needed quality time with this little girl and her daddy!
She looked like I felt 🙂
It was such a fun weekend and a great way to spend my birthday and a great way to see a bunch of my lovely friends!
Hope you all have a wonderful week!!
