Saturday – At Home Family WOD!
Sunday – Rest day
AKA early birthday celebration day!
Monday – Rest day
I don’t usually like taking 2 rest days in a row, but again, life happens. I had a lunch meeting on Monday, so I was going to go to the gym at 4:30, but then a work situation came up that I had to take care of.
Tuesday – CrossFit
6×1 Power snatch + 2 OH Squat @ 65% max Power Snatch
Rest 5 minutes
Run 1 Mile
Time was 25:40 (mile run was just over 11 minutes, row was just over 9, plus the 5 minute break). I’m honestly super happy and surprised that I got in the whole mile (with 2 short walking breaks). Not to mention we ran past the Sugar Shack (a local donut shop) and I didn’t stop to get a donut 😉
Burned 680 calories in 71 minutes
Wednesday – CrossFit
5x squat cleans
5x overhead squats
rest 3 minutes and repeat
Thursday – Rest Day
Friday – CrossFit
I forgot to turn my heart rate monitor off until we got to lunch, so in 78 minutes, I burned 985 – a pretty killer workout indeed!
