Saturday – Rest day
Sunday – Mowed and Walked
Burned something like 900 calories between mowing and washing the car, then we took a short walk on a new path that Dominion paved, and around the lake, and so it was a pretty active day!
Monday – CrossFit
10 Minutes to work Rack Jerk Technique – I got 95lbs (was so close to 105).
5x Push Jerks (135#/95#)
Got 110 reps.
Burned 680 calories in 66 minutes
Tuesday – CrossFit
15 Minutes to find a heavy triple Hang-Power Snatch – I got 65lbs
Power Snatch (75#/55#)
Time was 17:29. Not my best, but thrusters. ugh.
Burned 675 calories in 70 minutes
Wednesday – CrossFit
I got 62 reps. I was NOT feeling it today. So tired and just running on empty.
Burned 562 calories in 64 minutes
Thursday – CrossFit
80x Lunges (40 pers side)
70x Wallballs (20#/14#)
50x Box Jumps (24″/20″)
40x KB Swings (1.5p/1p)
30x Knees to Chest
20x Goblet Squats (1.5p/1p)
There was a 35 minute time cap and I didn’t finish within that time cap. I did split the workout into two rounds (so 500m row, 50 DUs, 45 SUs, etc) and made it through wall balls in the 2nd round before 35 minutes was up.
Burned 728 calories in 61 minutes
