Hopefully everyone is having a great Wednesday! This post is going up late but it is what it is.
This morning, we started our morning right with some milk.

Have you guys seen these? I got a big box of them at Costco and they are SO good. I typically have one a day (or so) between breakfast and lunch. They are really, really good. Trust me on this.
Today’s WOD was a good one. Deadlifts, ring dips, and ‘toes to bar’ – i.e. knees to elbows or however high I can get them 🙂 7 rounds.
You never need as much chalk as you think. I think they wrote this for me. I use a lot of chalk. I have super sweaty hands. I tried to be good.
I’ve really been working on my deadlift form and it is good to see pictures. I can tell that I need to get my butt back a bit more, but it looks a lot better than it used to! And I may or may not have purchased this shirt in every color available. Gotta love Costco.

Back to today
I’ve also been working hard on my kipping swing. I am deadset on getting a kipping pull up. They say a lot of it is in the swing. So anyway, I used it here for the knees to elbows..or as you will see…high knees…
not even close to elbows. oh well.
Ring dips. Always super fun. Jamie (coach) said not to half-ass them, and make sure the rings come to your chest. I think I got that down. Thanks to a band.
After work, Brooke and I spent some time outside waiting for Dada to get home. She played on the stairs (I was supervising) and talked to the cat.
Then we played a rousing game of “where’s Brooke hiding in the garden?” – she was behind the kale 🙂
