Day 7 Lunch: Was supposed to be a kale salad with tomato, black beans, and feta, but we figured we would use up the left over meatballs in Raw Collard Wraps with Turkey Meatballs, Avocado, and Dijon
Day 7 Snack: Almonds and a Clementine.
I didn’t eat this. I had a beer at River Rock instead. Shoot me.

Day 8 Breakfast: Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie
I didn’t want this. No reason than I didn’t want it. I made Robert and I Scallion/Feta Omelets (from day 4) plus I added in mushrooms. Very good choice.
