So I haven’t been that good in the 2nd week of this challenge. Not that I’m not eating clean – just that I’m not eating whats in the plan.
and today, after 8 months of CrossFitting – I FINALLY, FINALLY got box jumps!! It was all in my head, like I figured it was, and I didn’t even attempt them until after our WOD at the end of class, but I did them! I did about 7 of them!
