Holy cow you guys – this week has been crazy. Between deadlines at work, events in the evening, and spending time with Robert and Brooke, I have had 0 time to catch up here. So sorry about that. I was doing so good too!
So Thursday’s WOD:
I got through 2 full rounds (200 reps) plus 8 more box jumps (step ups) in 18 minutes. Like I said – super fun.
It was certainly a good work out and I’m truly scare of coughing or laughing today, and heaven forbid I sneeze. holy ab workout.
Last night, Robert and I got to leave Brooke with her daycare teachers (they offer “parents night out” every few months) and we went on a lovely, delicious dinner date to Lemaire at The Jefferson.
I’m AWFUL at remembering to take pictures of my food before I eat it because the goal is to eat and I get caught up in the moment 🙂
