I tried to hit 75lbs today but couldn’t quite make it happen (my muscles are all really tired for some reason…..) so 70 it was. I used 55 for the workout.
I used the green band for the pull ups (woohoo!) ANDDD I strung together 8 double unders!! I really wanted 10, so after the 15 minute AMRAP I kept jumping rope to see if I could make it happen. I determined I was too tired since I couldn’t get much past 3 or 4, so I will try again tomorrow (or the next day). But 8 really rocked my socks!
We’ll see what the weather brings and if the gym will even be open tomorrow. I do plan on walking on the treadmill again tonight – a little extra fat-burning cardio never hurt anyone, right?? I have a bathing suit to get into in a couple months and some pretty hefty goals, so we’re in GO mode. 🙂
