Late post of today’s WOD and yesterdays eats January 23, 2014Today’s WOD wasn’t one of the hardest cardiovascular workouts I’ve ever had but it was definitely tough to finish. Strength: All Levels: Push Press: 60% 1×5, 70% 1×5, 80%x 1xMR +5# Conditioning: L2: 30-20-10Ring DipsHollow Rocks I only got pictures of the ring dips, and I’m terrible at them right now, but you can’t get better if you don’t try, right? Hollow Rocks – it’s a lot harder than it looks. I had to modify that movement to bent knees. Still really tough, but a great core workout! My time was 9:39. Work was delayed opening by 2 hours this morning so I got to spend some time with my cute little girl 🙂 From last night <3 Such a ham 🙂 Yesterday’s eats: Not terrible but not great either. I just haven’t been terribly hungry the past few days. Still making pretty good choices though!
